CHINAEASA Conference is an excellent opportunity for the participating companies to show your image and promote your products. The conference will set up around 80 exhibition booths located in the corridor in front of the conference hall.

A.Location of exhibition:

Corridor outside conference hall, an excellent place to show the images of exhibitors.

B.Exhibition Fee:

USD600/booth, includes:

a.1 backdrop: Dimensions have been confirmed. Please refer to Item 5 & 6 in the Attentions for details. The board picture will be designed by exhibitors

b.1 reception table, 2 chairs

c.1 free colorful ad in conference document

d.Company name on website for promotion

e.Company brochures be put in conference bags

C.Time Schedule:

Two days: 09:00 May 20 - 18:00 May 21, 2026

D.Booking of booth:

Only enterprises registering ≥2 official delegates for the conference are eligible for a booth. When register on line for conference, you can book a booth at same time.

Attentions

1.Booth will have priority feedback to sponsors.

2.Selection of the booth location is subject to the reservation order, once the location is selected, it will not be changed anymore.

3. If special design or other requirements for the booth such as electricity, water, TV, more tables and chairs and so on needed, please contact secretariat and pay for it.

4. Samples or promotion materials for the booth will be prepared by exhibitors.

5. Free A4 ad picture in the document book should be designed by the exhibitors and submitted to secretariat before April 25, 2026.

Ad size: 216*291mm，Resolution: 300 pixels/inch，1cm distance between content and edge.

6. Back board picture should be designed by the exhibitors and submitted to secretariat before April 30, 2026. Details are as below:

a. Size: horizontal width 2 meters, height 3 meters(size with bleeds: horizontal width 2.4 meters, height 3.1 meters);

b. Please place the text content within the range of the screen (do not design content in bleeding area);

c. Leave 20cm on left and right and 5cm on top and bottom of the picture as bleeding;

d. Key content is recommended in the top 2/3 as tables and chairs will be placed in front;

e. Please provide CMYK files, and JPG/PSD/AI/EPS formats for the picture;
